Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping period depends on the location of the customer. Customers within the Philippines are expected to receive their orders within 2-4 business days after payment of orders. While customers internationally are expected to receive orders within 5 - 7 business days approximately from purchase. We use Xend for all orders. Please choose the right country (for international orders) of your shipping address in the checkout page once asked, we will not ship your orders if you choose the wrong option.

Privacy & Security
- We value our customers' privacy. We guarantee that there will be no personal details from all of our customers that will be shared to other people or parties. It is our duty to keep such details safe and secure.

Returns & Replacements
- Replacements will only be allowed if a customer receives a defective product, a different product from what they ordered or the size is wrong for them. For us to allow it, customers should email us their concerns and have visual (photo or video) proof of the defective or wrong product to chief.clothing@yahoo.com with subject as "Replacements". A reply will be given after 2 days or earlier regarding the concern. If proved to be defective or wrong, we will cover all shipping costs (shipping it back to us and shipping a new product to the customer) that will be incurred in the transaction.
However, if it concerns the size of the product, we will only provide a one week period from the time of receiving the order for Replacements. Please contact us immediately for concerns like this. All shipping costs for this event will be paid by the buyer, if ever the mistake is made by them. If otherwise, we will cover all shipping costs.
- We do not accept returns or refunds. We can only replace bought items with the same priced products or higher.

Ordering
- To order through our website, here are steps you should follow:
- 1. If you are planning to buy just the product you clicked on the shop, you should click the "buy now" button on the right side of the page (if you chose to do this, go straight to step 3). But if you are planning to shop some more, click the "add to cart" button instead.
- 2. After adding all the items you want to buy to the cart, find the "my cart" button on the upper right side of the browser from the shop page.
- 3. You will be redirected to a page where you can see your orders in total. Here, if you have discount codes or gift vouchers, you can use them to make your total cost of orders lower. Also, you will see the shipping option here, you should choose the proper shipping option for us to send your orders correctly. After finishing and checking if all your orders are there, you should click the "check out" button.
- 4. You are now in the Check Out page. Here you should fill-in the blank spaces for the needed details and choose "Paypal or Credit Card" if you don't have a Gift Voucher. As of now we only accept payments thru Paypal, Credit Cards and Bank Deposits. After finishing the checkout form, click the "submit" button.
- 5. You are now in the Paypal page, if you have a Paypal account you can pay by using that or you can choose to use your credit card.
- 6. When everything is done, you will be redirected back to our website with the receipt of your purchase. You will also receive an email from us about your purchase, for your copy in case some problems arise.
- If you do not have a Paypal account or a Credit Card please click the red sentence above the Checkout Page saying "Don't have a Credit Card or Paypal? If you are from the Philippines you can pay thru Bank Deposits, click this!". Fill-in all the details and click submit. We will contact you as soon as possible about your order.
- Pricing
- All items are priced in Philippine currency. If buying from another country, Paypal will automatically convert our price in your currency in the current exchange rate as of the time of your purchase.
